As an organisation they aim to ensure that solar photovoltaic energy is established as the leading renewable energy source in the UK and to promote UK solar internationally. The BPVA recognises the importance of energy storage and electric vehicle (EV) charging technologies for solar PV. Through a number of innovative programmes, they are actively engaged in developing sustainable business models connecting solar PV, energy storage and EV charging technologies.
