Knowledge & Experience

  • MSc/MA in business administration or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as CEO or in other managerial positions.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Developing high quality business strategy and ensuring alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Leading and motivating a team to advance employee engagement to develop a high performing managerial team. 
  • Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission. 
  • Genuine motivation to realise the company’s vision.


  • Demonstrable track record of devising and implementing successful strategies that drive profitability and growth.
  • Will possess a strong and determined will to succeed while fostering a culture of success among the work force and through employee engagement develop a high performing team.
  • Demonstrated influencing and leadership skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organisational, analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Emotional intelligence, intuition and the ability to build relationships with diverse parties.
  • Management of a diverse and broad stakeholder base, external and internal.
  • Be able to enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
