Our Offering To You
The EV Network works with landlords to determine the best EV charging strategy for their sites by helping them to understand their property portfolio from a different perspective. Landlords can expect The EV Network to undertake a full feasibility study to determine how suitable their sites are for EV charging considering variables such as upgrades to the grid connection as well as determining the appropriate charging power to fit with the application of the sites.
Landlords can expect an extremely competitive rental income by allowing us to deploy our bespoke EV charging solution as well as the ancillary revenue generated by the additional EV drivers visiting the site. Landlords also don’t have to worry about the ‘wrong’ equipment being deployed as we only use the latest EV charging technology and build in a charger refresh at year 10 of the agreement.
What Are We Looking For?
Whether you have a portfolio of 5 or 500 sites, we are able to provide the best EV charging solution for you. The EV Network are always looking for new Landlords that have locations close to high-density traffic routes. Our sites are generally based on the following criteria:
Lease availability of 15+ years
Prominent roadside locations
City entry/exit points
Major arterial routes
Availability of at least 4 car parking bays
If you are a landlord or site owner whose locations match what we are looking for, please contact us.
