John is a Chartered Surveyor and joins EVN as Property Director bringing with him over 20 years experience in the commercial property arena. With a focus on acquisitions, development and asset management John has contributed significantly to growing portfolios and enhancing assets at a number of major retail operators in the UK including Asda, Morrisons and Pets at Home, building a strong network of contacts in the process.
John joins us from McDonald’s Restaurants where he led acquisitions in the Northern UK and Ireland regions, contributing significantly to their new restaurant development programme during his time there.
John is married and spends the majority of his spare time ferrying around his two football crazy boys to training and matches!
